Valentine's Day Menu

We are staying home and cooking a fancy dinner tomorrow.  Stay tuned for the following:

Bouillabaisse with Rouille from "Sundays at the Moosewood Restaurant"

and

Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes from Cooks Illustrated.

I followed these recipes pretty straight on and don't think I can post them here b/c of copyright.  You can find the lava cakes online, and if you want the recipe for the dinner I'm sure you could search the Internet for one that is just as yummy.
